Clean hotel, kind team members who provided great service. Unbeatable and glorious location, at a walking distance from Vale Covo Beach. Found in a lovely area near to beautiful beaches, cliffs and the sea and most areas.

My stay was great here. Wonderful hotel, stylish rooms, the staff was incredibly welcoming! Truly enjoyed a Nespresso machine, a couch, and a lounge in the room. At the restaurant, the breakfast was tasty with an amazing view. The property has awesome location next to the best beaches on the Algarve, and Splash waterpark. I ate in the broiler restaurant nearby.

Its location within walking distance of Algar Seco Cliff Walk was unbeatable. There was a good restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel.

The team here was friendly and always available to assist, the surroundings were breathtaking, and we enjoyed diverse breakfasts with a fantastic view, especially the delicious omelettes prepared by the attentive staff.

The welcome was good, very clean, comfortable bed, good WIFI perhaps could do with some refurbisment.

Although there was only 3 of us in our party the 2 bedrooms assigned were very large and spacious..there was air con and a mini fridge but also tea/coffee making facilities, a rarity in continential hotels..the staff were very nice and informative..we were supplied with towels for the pool, which saves on kilos for the plane..and the other guests in the hotel were quite polite and above all there was no noise at night..standards were consistent and the hotel itself was immaculately clean..we stayed for 9 nights which is a long holiday and I can honestly say it was perfect in all respects..

The room I stayed in was stylish, recently updated, and had a balcony, Wi-Fi, and a safe, while the standout feature was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is a perfect location for a relaxing get-a-way. The view of the Atlantic and the cliffs is one of the best I have seen in Portugal. The price of the hotel is ideal, especially in peak season. The city of Carvoeiro is just a quick walk downhill, where there is another beach and many inexpensive places to eat.

Breakfast was very disappointing-low quality produce, watery eggs, cheap juice... All in all very disappointig when all other aspects were fantastic. Beds are very hard as well which some may like but I found very uncomfortable... Had better sleeps on the sun lounger!

There is a great selection of delicious food options and modern rooms with stunning ocean views.

It is the best hotel in a region we know well.

The f & b facilites overlooking the veiws. Buffet style dining. Outdoor facilites. Swisscom access to the internet x free paper. Carparking availability. Helpful staff at the front desk. Friendy (most) staff at the f&b outlets. Grounds staff efforts on a daily basis. Staff who helped Resident with a lounge chair at the poolside.

The bedrooms and particular the bathroom: Very Tired and must be a challenge for accomodation staff to be proud of the efforts they make as daily chore. Aircon needs upgrading in the bedroom.
